Rival 31 WALKAWAY
 

Built in 1969, Walkaway is a much loved Rival 31, extensively fitted for cruising and in excellent condition for her age.  She has sailed the Atlantic and cruised extensively in the Mediterranean, much of it single handed. Currently  moored in Bosham Creek, she has an updated rig with lazyjacks, Hydrovane wind self steering, Autohelm 1000, an Air X wind generator, a flexible solar panel and much more.  You can read more about Walkaway at www.latchgate.me.uk (slightly out of date but will give you a feel).

 ‘Bryony' - Solent Sunbeam [V13] Reduced to £12,500

The Sunbeam is a 3-ton Bermuda rigged, open cockpit, half-decked day racing yacht.  They are the largest of a group of one-design yachts designed in 1922 by Alfred Westmacott.

The Solent fleet race in Chichester Harbour and The Solent; the Falmouth Fleet race in Falmouth Roads.  The hull and sail specifications are identical for both Divisions.

Sir Geoffrey Lowles described owning a Sunbeam as "Big boat feel at small boat cost".

Itchen Ferry 25 - Boat Share



I am looking for a like minded person to share my Itchen Ferry 25.

She is a Bermudan rigged sloop in sound condition with recent improvements like coppercoat antifouling (so no more annual applications of antifouling), new windows and aluminum frames and a new stackpack and lazyjacks etc. She is on a swinging mooring at Bosham and out of the water at Dell Quay over the winter on her own cradle. Sleeping four in two cabins with a separate loo compartment and 6ft headroom she is a comfortable boat for her length. Her inboard Yanmar 8 although most probably fitted when the boat was first built around 1980 never misses a beat.

It would be a half share @ £3.500.00 plus half of the running costs of approximately £2,500 divided by two per annum so a lot of boat for a little cost.

Could be somebody who wants company sailing or someone who wants to go their own way.
Could be if you have a better boat and want to share I could sell my boat and share with you!
