8. A member bringing or receiving guests into the Clubhouse shall enter the name and address of each guest in the Visitors’ Book and the member shall sign the book.

9. An individual guest or visitor may come to the Club on no more than six days in any one year.

10. Members are responsible for all charges in respect of their guests.  Bona fide guests may purchase goods from the bar and the restaurant.

11. A visiting yachtsman arriving by boat, who is a member of a club affiliated to the Royal Yachting Association or similar overseas organisation, may be authorised by a Flag Officer or the Club Manager to use Club facilities while his vessel is moored at the Quay or in Bosham Channel for a maximum of 7 consecutive days in any year unless previously agreed by a Flag Officer or the Club Manager.
