There was racing on all three days with suppers at the Club in the evening and now to look forward to we have the West Wittering Challenge, the Mirror/Feva Open, the Club Open Morning and the Optimist Open.

West Wittering Harbour Challenge Saturday 25th June
You’ve got to help Bosham Sailing Club win this again as we’re about to equal a record! Our event organiser says:
On Saturday 25 June (weekend after next!) we will be defending the Harbour Challenge Cup. This year is the 20th Anniversary of the first races against WWSC and it is our turn to host the event.
We have now won the cup for the last three times that it has been sailed and another win this year will equal the best run of wins that WWSC have achieved.
Remember that this event is open to all dinghy sailing members of WWSC and BSC so get launching that Finn or Laser or Feva or Scow or National 18 or YWDB or Tideway or any of those other dinghies that can help the Club win again this year. BSC is hosting the Challenge this year so it means that everybody can benefit from a delicious supper at our Club. All the details, including an entry form, will appear on the Club website shortly.
RS Feva / Mirror Open Meeting at BSC Sunday 3rd July
Have you got your entries in yet? All you need to know about this exciting event can be found on the Club website, but get your entries in as soon as possible.
It has to be the Bosham Masters really doesn’t it? Organised by Barry Colgate, this event happened because so many people offered to help with all sorts of duties. The Masters included the Chichester Scow National Championships and this class also gave the most spectacular capsizes of the 3 days. There were some great courses set by the Race Officer and the starts on two of the days were from the BSC Committee boat with the last races of the day being finished on the Quay line. With delicious food being served in the evening, Bosham Sailing Club was a great place to spend the long weekend.
