Schools may be back and there may be a chill in the air but there’s still plenty happening at BSC. On Friday, Luke Whittaker of the Bosham Gallery unveiled the print that he has generously donated and that we voted for during the exhibition. He gave us a bit of background on the photographer and history of the lovely image which is hanging in pride of place in the dining room. The Laser Open on Saturday had a good turnout of entrants from BSC and across the region who all enjoyed close and competitive racing. The annual Bart’s Bash on Sunday raised over £300 for the Andrew Simpson Foundation and provided windier racing conditions for the usual eclectic range of boats. And still the fun goes on - see below for all the events and attractions coming up:

Whilst it may be frustrating, we do appreciate your cooperation in carrying your red cards for access to the clubhouse at all times. If you are out sailing, please take your card with you in your lifejacket or store it, along with with any other valuable possessions, in one of the lockers (which accept £1 coins). For your security, and that of fellow members, we will close the doors if we find them propped open and we will be happy to provide you with a new card if you have mislaid yours, just contact the office.
