Good evening
Let’s start with food and finish with a possible windfall…
This week there will be a change to the usual format for Friday evening supper. Unfortunately Simon and Jane (Breeze) are away on holiday so it’s time to welcome back our guest Chef for the evening ‘Marvellous Miranda’ who has stepped in to ensure that supper is always available for Club members. So let’s make it a fantastic evening at the Club and come along to support Miranda and her team, the menu for this coming Friday is as follows;
Cassoulet of bacon and Toulouse sausages with confit duck, served with mixed pea & mint salad £10.95
Fresh garden pesto lasagne with sweet red pepper salad - £8.95
Red fruit compote on homemade scone with cream - £3.95
Cheese and biscuits - £3.95
To make your reservation please first select you choice and then email the details through to food@boshamsailingclub.com
Please ensure we receive your reservation no later than 17:00 on Thursday 21st January to guarantee your place.
Unfortunately there will not be a roast this Sunday as Simon and Jane are away.
