We are delighted that Ashling Park will be our guest wine and gin supplier for the whole of Junior Week for you to enjoy at the various events at BSC.
They will also be coming to the Adult Bop with their airstream serving us delicious wines, sparkling wines and gin from their vineyard less than 5 miles away from Bosham SC. This includes a complimentary glass of delicious sparkling cuvée wine on arrival to the bop. They have also kindly agreed a special pre-purchase price on any sparkling wine and gin orders (savings of up to £6.50 per bottle) made before 23.50hrs on Monday 9 August.
We highly recommend taking advantage of this pre-purchase offer. Not only will your orders will be ready and waiting perfectly chilled and ready to go, it also means less queuing time at the bar!
Ashling Park Pointer's Pour Gin 50cl
Tasting notes: It's distilled from Pinot Noir grapes grown on our estate here in West Ashling. As you'd expect, we've been generous with the botanicals in our recipe. Sparkling Wine
Tasting notes: Our classic Cuvée NV shows great freshness on the nose, with aromas of white flowers and ripe stone fruit. These flavours are echoed on the palate, which displays fine intensity of fruit, offset by a great core of chalky acidity. The finish is crisp and precise, with impressive persistence and balance. Delicious for drinking now, but with terrific ageing potential.

Sparkling Rosé
Tasting Notes: Our Ashling Park Estate Rosé is a delicious blend of Pinot Noir (80%), and Pinot Meunier (20%) grapes grown on the beautiful chalk slopes of the South Downs. It is an elegant, full-flavoured wine with great intensity of fruit, length and complexity. Delicious on its own but with the body and structure to partner many foods, this is an extremely elegant and versatile English Sparkling Rosé

2020 Pinot Meunier Rosé
Pale pink in colour with lively raspberry and thyme notes complemented by zesty pink grapefuit. This rosé has a delicate and lacey structure that ends with a cherry pip finish.

2020 Chardonnay white wine
Pale yellow in colour with initial notes of toasty cashew evolving towards cool cinders and greengage plum. This Chardonnay has an engaging textural component followed by delicate acidity. Crunchy nectarine and saline component precede a dry marble finish.

2020 Pinot Noir red wine
Deep red with purple hue in colour with initial notes of Doris plum and cinnamon wrapped around a smoky core. This Pinot Noir is highlighted by liquorice and lavender with a crunchy acid entry followed by red berry fruit and violets. It's medium weighted with fine, silky tannins.
