BSC Mirror Race Coaching

These BSC sessions are aimed at racing sailors in Mirrors. Perfect for learning more about the boat and sharpening up your technique for the coming season. The instruction will focus on improving aspects of racing and boat handling, in particular spinnaker work. Sessions may also include rigging and boat set-up, starting, tactics, boat speed, mark roundings, crew work. This will be delivered in the form of briefings, on-water sessions and de-briefing with practice racing and exercises focusing on specific skills. The sessions will be taught by an RYA-qualified race coach.

Recommended age range: 8-14

Entry requirements: Participants should be intending to race Mirrors at BSC this season

Cost: £80 per day per boat. £150 for both days. Please include helm and crew names in the booking.

It is expected that students will use their own boats for this training at own risk (see T&Cs).
