Rowing Coxed Session - gentle paddle
A coxed rowing session that is more of a gentle paddle and slightly less time on the water than other sessions and will only go out in favourable conditions. The sessions will vary the idea being it's more of a gentle row, working within the abilities of the crew - it could be a mix of drills or a lovely late afternoon steady state paddle - with plenty of breathers to take in the scenery! This is open to all members. The other coxed rowing sessions will be more taxing with drills, pace and distance.
