50/50 Lottery - Members Thank You Drinks
Last Saturday there was a drinks party for all the supporters of the BSC 50/50 Lottery. Our lottery organiser, Barry Colgate writes,
On Saturday, our commodore, Simon Radford, hosted a very enjoyable drinks party as a ‘thank you’ to those members who are supporting the club’s 50/50 Lottery.
The Lottery is run by the members for the members and half of the proceeds help fund improvements in our club, for example the brilliant new acoustic ceilings in the bar and restaurant areas. The other half of the proceeds are paid out in prizes – do you know ticket holders have received £22,600 in cash prizes!
You can still join – email firstname.lastname@example.org – for a personal set of papers.
Bosham Masters July 14th – 16th.
The cadets have Junior Week; the rest of the Club have the brilliant Bosham Masters. It’s 3 days of sailing and fun events for those people who are a bit too old to qualify for BJW! If you think there may be any chance at all that you may like to enter this event or if you think that you may be able to help out by driving or crewing a safety boat or helping out on land, then please register your interest by emailing email@example.com and you’ll then be kept up to date with all the pre-event news.
