It is hoped that the disruption that this will cause, will be minimal but at the moment there is no heat and no proper loo. Gulp.
So on Friday evening, the Club will reopen and although it won’t be finished, it is hoped that lots of you will come down and see who will win the…….

There is a prize of £1146 that will all go to one lucky winner plus the usual monthly 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizes. And after you’ve won at the lottery, stay for supper.
Supper Friday 11th March
It doesn’t matter that the dining room won’t be completely finished on Friday evening because following on from an extremely successful debut a fortnight ago, you will be eating some more of Johnnie Gallagher’s yummy suppers, with even more choice than before. So eyes down and concentrate on these choices:
Roasted Chicken breast with mango salsa £9.50
Pork Loin with apple and cider cream sauce £9.50
Both served with baby potatoes with butter and parsley, warm green bean and cherry tomato salad, roasted butternut squash with rocket and mixed seeds
Spinach, red pepper, mushroom and Stilton en croute £8.50
Salmon with tarragon Hollandaise £9.50
Selection of desserts £3.25
Cheese board with relish and crackers £3.75
Once you’ve made your choice, the only way to reserve your place will be to email firstname.lastname@example.org WITH YOUR CHOICE OF FOOD but you will have to hurry because we will have to limit it to the first 60 reservations. Next week’s newsletter will give you more information on how, thanks to Johnnie’s input, we will be able to offer more food more often.
BSC Draw Saturday 12th March 19:30
This is steadily increasing in value and is now at £230. Not bad winnings as all you have to do to win, is to be at your Club enjoying yourself.
Looking further ahead ……
As the work on the upstairs at the Club is completed at the end of March, we are going to have an official opening of our new changing rooms. Sarah will also be staying on to give an evening talk entitled “My Olympic Journey”. More details and booking information will be in next week’s newsletter.
Easter Weekend at Bosham Sailing Club is going to be very busy with the Cadets starting the Club racing year. The Junior Regatta is on Good Friday, and the Cadet Easter Egg Hunt and the Cadet Over 13 Disco are on Easter Sunday. Again there will be more information next week.
