Dougal Henshaw Presentation & Dinner Saturday 31st March
This is now available to book online Here. Plenty of places are still available, so book now to secure your places. Further details can be found on the website. This will be about the life and boats of Ian Proctor and will be a repeat of the presentation given by Dougal at the 2018 Dinghy Show which was received extremely well.

Race Officer needed – URGENT REQUEST
We still need a duty for a Race Officer filled for Sunday 1st April for Club Racing. If you are available and can help then please sign up via Duty Man. Your help is hugely appreciated.

St George’s Day Dinner 28th April
Come and celebrate St George’s Day with us with a three-course formal dinner. The perfect occasion to have a good natter away with friends whilst enjoying some delicious home cooked food. The cost is £29.50 per head inclusive of a welcome drink, three courses, a small cheese buffet and Port. This is now bookable online via the booking system. Club Supper Friday 30th March 20:00
As usual, bookings can be made via the online booking system. Bookings will close at 10am on Friday morning. This week’s menu is as follows;
Butter roast Chicken or Herb Crusted Plaice, tomato & caper sauce. As a vegetarian option we have Vegetable Paella. For pudding, why not treat yourself to Bread & Butter Pudding served with custardor a Cheese board.
Sailors & Family Carvery Sunday 1st April 13:00
Come down to your Club on Easter Sunday and enjoy a delicious Sunday carvery. This is going to be a hugely popular day, so book as soon as possible to secure your places. Once we have reached full capacity, then we cannot accept any more bookings.
Food will be served from 13:00.
Bank Holiday Hog Roast 2nd of April
Why not celebrate the bank holiday with a Hog Roast on the terrace? Pop down to the Club on Monday afternoon where we will be serving a Hog Roast buffet, fit for the hungriest of sailors! Price per person is; £9.95 per adult & £5.95 per child. Purchase your wristband from a member of staff from the servery.
Dinghy Park Stickers
The 2018 stickers for the Dinghy Park are now available for collection in the Office. Please don’t put your boat into the dinghy park before collecting your dinghy park sticker. Your space may have changed from last year! Please don’t drive onto the grass in the Dinghy Park as it is extremely soft and you will get stuck- an angry Gavin is not one you want to encounter!
On Wednesday the 11th of April, Jamie Wynn-Griffiths from our drinks supplier, Tolchards will be leading a tutored Wine Tasting. Come along to try some new and unusual wines with Supper Afterwards. £17.50 Per Person. Available to book online shortly!
