Friday Night is Restaurant Night!
Our Chef and I have been hard at work to make BSC THE place to eat. The new gourmet menu will showcase local and seasonal produce at reasonable prices.
Come down and see for yourself. Our menu will change weekly, we’ll have occasional theme nights and we are happy to accommodate any particular favourites that you might have. To ensure that we provide the very best we are offering one main course and a vegetarian option.
Here’s what’s on the menu this week:
Braised Beef Short Rib, creamed potatoes, autumn greens, finished with a red wine jus
Squash & Blue cheese Wellington, creamed potatoes, autumn greens, finished with a watercress cream sauce
Pear Dartois with brand Anglaise
We’re even throwing in a pot of fresh coffee or tea!
