    Change to race timings Sunday 26th September

    Racing on Sunday is changed from Cobnor to Quay. Please note new start times: 14.00 (Q) Fast Handicap Autumn Series 1&2 (BTB) 14.10 (Q) Slow Handicap Autumn Series 1&2 (BTB). This is a new start previously unadvertised 14.20 (Q) Chichester Scow Autumn Series 3 Oppie Cutmill start times are unchanged.

    Cadet Super Sunday Series Sunday saw the last of the 2021 Cadet Super Sunday series of the year and the first of its kind for BSC. What a big hit this event has become to all the participating cadet's in the Optimists, Toppers and Fevas. Typically 30+ boats have been taking part in each series and on some occasions 40+ boats.     Bart's Bash 2021 Update and Results

    Bart's Bash 2021 Last weekend's racing was Bart's Bash, raising money in memory of Olympic sailor Andrew (Bart) Simpson for the Andrew Simpson Foundation. We had 73 boats competing across all of our racing classes from National 18 to Optimist. The CDBs has the best of the wind on the Saturday with 14-17kts in the harbour and Bosham Channel, whereas on Sunday a light 5kts filled in for the afternoon

    Paddlesports Dinner and Talk with Paul Smith OBE

    Paddlesports Talk: Paul is a Navy veteran. In 1991 he was involved in a road traffic collision leaving him paralysed after developing locked-in syndrome.     We need a race and safety team for Sunday

    Sunday's duty roster for club racing (11.00 from Cobnor) is VERY light on volunteers (again!). We will NOT be able to run racing without at least a minimum race and safety patrol team. As a reminder, the Club REQUIRES volunteers to run these duties, otherwise it simply cannot operate racing.     TRAINING!!! Its peak sailing season the water is still warm(ish), the winds are normally good. Don't forget to book October Half-Term training!! We are running courses for RYA Stages 2/3/4 in Oppies and Fevas, plus coaching for our racing cadets and two days of Feva Harbour racing (in conjunction with ISC and HISC).
