Friday Supper
BSC Friday Supper!!
Come along and join your fellow members for Friday supper on the terrace or in the restaurant. The following menu is provided by our fabulous caterer Helen Clegg.
Platters (a sharing starter or substantial main)
Crispy tortilla chips loaded with melted cheese, sour cream, guacamole, salsa, jalapeños and a choice of slow cooked beef or vegan chilli? (This could be a shared starter or main)
Or
A selection of cheese & charcuterie served with dips, crudités, pickles & freshly baked focaccia.
Mains
Slow cooked beef brisket burrito
Or
Vegan chilli burrito
Both served with potato wedges, traditional coleslaw, 3 bean salad and homemade salsa.
Desserts
Summer berry triffle
Or
Chocolate brownie & ice cream
Please note: Each event is individually catered for the exact numbers booked, with all ingredients sourced beforehand. It is for this reason that the club is unable to refund for a cancellation five days prior to the event of after the closing date (whichever is sooner). If you are able to find someone to take your place, please let us know (no different dietary requirements can be taken into account in these circumstances). Thank you.
