BSC Optimist Race Coaching (Gold)
These BSC sessions are aimed at those in the BJW Gold fleet of their class. The course will focus on several aspects of racing including Starting, Tactics and Strategy, Boat Speed, Setup and Handling. This will be delivered in the form of practise racing and different types of exercises. The course will be taught by qualified race coaches.
