BSC Exercise Class

BSC Exercise Class - Mondays
The BSC exercise class is held on Mondays at the club, from 17:00 to 18:00.
It's a brilliant class that caters to all abilities and focuses on strengthening stretches be it for sailing, rowing or skiing or just generally being more nimble.
Classes are run by our fantastic Coach Peter Haining.
