BSC Exercise Classes - Mobility and Range of Motion Focus
An hours class with a warm up and cool down hosted by Peter Haining. The focus of these classes are to look at mobility, range of motion and an element of body weight strength. Although exercises are with the rower in mind they are for all members, of all abilities and you certainly do not have to be a rower to take part - in fact the more the merrier. All exercises can be modified and scaled to your ability.
No equipment required - but do bring a drink of water.
Any available tickets are member only.
