BSC Exercise Classes - Circuits Training
The perfect way to kick start your week with an hour of body weight circuit class at the Club in the marquee.
It will be an hour class with a warm up and cool down hosted by Peter Haining. Whilst exercises are with the rower in mind they are for all members, of all abilities and you certainly do not have to be a rower to take part - in fact the more the merrier. All exercises can be modified and scaled to your ability - by the end of the session you should have had a full body workout.
No equipment required. You may want to bring a mat, a towel and drink.
