BSC Finn Open Meeting

I agree to be bound by the rules that govern this event. I confirm that I accept the provisions in the Notice of Race and that my boat will conform to the requirements of the event. Parents/guardians of those under 18 at the time of the event confirm that they have read and accept the Parental Declaration in the NoR.
Participants may cancel and receive a full refund up to seven days after entering, or seven days before the event, whichever is earlier. After then, entry fees are non-refundable. If BSC cancels the event more than 24 hours before the planned start, a full refund may be given, less any non-retrievable costs. Should an event have to be cancelled part way through its duration, a partial refund may be given, less any non-retrievable costs.
