BSC Topper Autumn Race Coaching Day 3

Pick up the skills and knowledge to help get to the front of the fleet

These BSC sessions on 24th, 27th and 28th October are aimed at sailors who have been racing in the Topper fleet this season or are experienced Optimist sailors moving up. We'll focus on improving various aspects of racing including starting, tactics, boat speed, mark rounding, boat setup, rules. This will be delivered in the form of briefings, on-water sessions and de-briefing with practice racing and exercises focusing on specific skills. The course will be taught by RYA-qualified race coaches.

It is expected that students will use their own boats for this training at own risk (see T&Cs). Club boats may be available. Book if needed.

Recommended age range: 10-15

Entry requirements: Participants should be racing in the BSC Topper fleet or be experienced Optimist racers moving up
