Roasted butternut & thyme tarte tatin (with wild rocket, feta & peppadew salad)

Slow cooked Organic Goodwood Beef in a rich rustic gravy (served with dauphinois potatoes, honey & nutmeg roast carrots & parsnips and buttered seasonal greens)

Stuffed portobello mushroom filled with pistachio & herb crusted goats cheese

Lemon posset with pistachio shortbread & berries
