Chicken & mushroom Ballantine with romesco sauce
Cajun baked salmon, charred limes, pickled cucumber
Roast butternut squash and sage risotto (v)
Jersey Royals, blue cheese crumb caramelised shallots, fresh green herb oil
Baby leaf, grilled asparagus, lemon, feta, shaved radish
Spiced roast cauliflower, garlic labneh, hazelnut Dukkah
Chargrilled courgettes, spring onions & green bean salad, shaved Parmesan, lemon & mint dressing

Burnt basque cheesecake with fresh strawberries & whipped cream.
Please note: Each event is individually catered for the exact numbers booked, with all ingredients sourced beforehand. It is for this reason that the club is unable to refund for a cancellation five days prior to the event of after the closing date (whichever is sooner). If you are able to find someone to take your place, please let us know (no different dietary requirements can be taken into account in these circumstances). Thank you.
