9th August: RYA Arbitration
Race 3, Optimist Gold Tally 71 vs Race Committee
Facts found: 71 and two other competitors were OCS on the start. 71 turned back to recross the line which was confirmed by the boat immediately behind them. The race committee confirmed that while one or more boats turned back, none of them travelled far enough downwind against the tide to recross the line and start correctly. X flag was not lowered.
