Moules Frites Evening
Come to the Club for an evening of delicious food prepared by Helen and a light hearted tasting and challenge for the wines specially chosen to be included.
Menu:
Moules cooked in a traditional wine sauce, with chips and crusty French bread, followed by a cheese and biscuits selection
A vegetarian option of Spinach and Feta Pie is also available.
Accompanied by:
Three glasses of selected white wines chosen to suit the menu.
A guest wine expert Martin Sheen will provide a some insights for the wines chosen for the evening including their origin, style and why suitable as an accompaniment for the mussels. On the evening, If you wish, join in a challenge to test your wine tasting skills and wine knowledge.
