2022 Training Pages

The training pages on this website have been updated with details of all the sailing and powerboating training on offer at BSC. Click on the 'Training' tab at the top of each page to access sub-pages for 'Cadets', 'Adults', 'Powerboat' and 'Shorebased' training. The training calendar is now updated with courses proposed to run throughout 2022. The calendar can be filtered by checking the 'Powerboat', 'Private Tuition' ''Race Coaching', 'RYA Adult', 'RYA Youth' or 'Shorebased' tags, There are continual updates so do keep checking back.
Of particular note for 2022:
- MORE Powerboat training, including PB2 Direct Assessements
- MORE Adult RYA courses including Seamanship Skills, Dinghy Day Sailing and Club Racing (Intermediate)
- BOOKABLE PRIVATE TUITION SESSIONS including powerboating, that can be tailored to your ability and used to work towards RYA certificates if desired
and of course our incomparable cadet RYA training and race coaching.
Please note that private tuition sessions are timetabled four months in advance, so are currently scheduled up to the end of May. June's PTs will be timetabled by the end of February, but if you want a PT later than end of May now, just contact BSC Training to arrange.
All training is bookable online here and note that our RYA Youth courses open to non-members from 1st March.
