Changes to Vice President of the Club
Ron Hastie is retiring from the role of Vice President of the Club. Ron has served as VP since 2014.
He has also served the Club as RC Cruisers and Commodore as well as an earlier term as VP. We are all grateful to Ron for his service to the Club.
Effective from 18 September the Flags have invited Tristram Mayhew to serve as Vice President of the Club for a five year term.
Tris is a former RC Cadets who has had an active business and public life and has supported the Club with enthusiasm since joining.
With many thanks to both Ron and Tristram.
Cadet Super Sunday (5) - 29th September
Sunday 29th September is our fifth Super Sunday! Racing from 10:00, briefing beforehand on the terrace.
A great chance to get some Junior Week qualification races completed.
Wood-fired pizza from Sizzling Kitchen will be available. No need to pre-book.
La Traversée de Paris
18 rowers from 3 Chichester Harbour clubs Bosham, Itchenor, and the Coastal Rowing Academy, recently took part in La Traversée de Paris, a 28km row along the Seine.
After a bright and early start (at sunrise), the rowers were blessed with close to perfect conditions.

Cruiser Race Weekend - 5th October
From 11:30 on the 5th and 12:00 on the 6th October, the two-day Cruiser Race Weekend. Enter free here.
Two races in Hayling Bay for the Bosham Pint Trophy (No Mans Fort race, Saturday), Bosham Barrel Trophy (round the cans race, Sunday) and the Newland Tomkins Cup (overall).

Friday 4th October from 10:00, shopping and lunch event in aid of St Wilfrid's Hospice.
The Syrian Kitchen will be here as well as a collection of small, independent businesses.

Scottish Reeling at BSC starts again on Wednesday 9th October from 19:30. The bar will be open until 21:30.
There is no dress code. No need to book. The vibe is friendly, fun, social and encouraging! We would love to see you.
Guided walk with the Birdman
