Cadet Super Sunday 23rd October
The last Cadet Super Sunday of the year for Optimists, Toppers and Fevas is this Sunday. There are trophies and prizes to be won and it is all to play for with some very close results.
Updated timings - briefing at 09:45 with launching straight afterwards. First race at 10:45.
Sizzling Kitchen will be on the terrace after sailing serving their delicious pizzas. We look forward to seeing you all on Sunday.
Half Term Cadet Training
Next week there are just a few last remaining places on the RYA stage 2 & 3 in Optimists and the Topper and Optimist 1 to 3 day race training.

Feva & Laser Harbour Series 25th & 26th October
The Feva & Laser Harbour series between all Harbour clubs starts during half term on Tuesday 25th and Wednesday 26th October. If you would like your cadet to sail, please remember to enter here.
Bosham is hosting this first series, therefore we need volunteers. Please sign up for a duty if your child is sailing.
Sizzling Kitchen this Sunday!
Sizzling Kitchen will be back at BSC this Sunday over the lunchtime period serving their delicious pizzas on the terrace or for takeaway.
Available to all members. No need to book just turn up on the day.
Halloween Family Supper
There is a Halloween Family Supper at BSC on Saturday 29th October from 18:00.
After the cadets have eaten, there will be some traditional Halloween games organised by the Cadet Committee followed by a film in the West Room.

Shorebased Courses for the Winter!
We have the following useful courses available to book:
RYA Day Skipper Theory Thursday evenings 13 weeks from 19th January. Cost £300
RYA Diesel Engine 1 day courses on 5th Nov, 11th Dec, 22nd Jan, 26th Feb, 19th Mar. Cost £85
RYA VHF SRC Radio 1 day courses on 5th Nov, 10th Dec, 19th Feb, 12th Mar. Cost £65 (plus £60 test fee paid direct to RYA)

Carol Singing at BSC - Save the Date!
On Thursday the 15th December we will once again be holding a Carol singing evening at the Club.

Calling all sloe gin makers!
Get your sloe gin on now - there's a bumper crop this year if you know where to look ahead of the first BSC Sloe Gin tasting next year to find a new Champion of the Sloe Fleet!
There will be a blind tasting (date TBC) open for judging by all members of the club in return for a modest tasting fee, proceeds from which will all go to the youth sailing fund.
