Many thanks to Tim Long, aspiring Figaro offshore sailor, for his inspiring and motivational talk at the Cadet Prizegiving.

Tim was sailing Optimists just 10 years ago so has had a meteoric rise since then into the world of offshore sailing, after completing a circumnavigation of Great Britain at just 15.
