BSC Big Spring Cleanup / Litter Pick - Thank you

On Sunday 22nd March, 15 people (adults and children) gathered on the BSC terrace for our Big Spring Cleanup. A massive thank you Laura Kameen and to all those who gave up their time to help.

All went off in various directions and some got seriously far. A special mention to the team of two adults and two teens who did the thankless task of picking up lots of small pieces of plastic from the end of the creek at Rythe End. It was a gorgeous day and a lot of fun was had by all.

Over 7 bags of litter/rubbish was collected from the area around the Club and village, making a huge difference to the local environment.

A note to Dinghy Park users - please make sure you pick up any tape that drops on the floor whilst carrying out maintenance.
